Can I add onto my order?
Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible. You can message us on Instagram (@kim_catdoo) or email us with your order number and the items you would like to add. If they're still in stock, we will add it for you, and you'll receive an invoice to your email.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard) Stripe, Wise, and online bank transfers for local orders.
